    About Margret Dockter Chee

    As a therapist, my goal is to guide you on a path to growth and well being and offer you hope. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and other complementary approaches and techniques to help unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. With couples, I try to provide an environment that fosters open communication and dialogue in order to resolve conflict and encourage meaningful conversation.
